Note: "Don't tell him my secret!" means "Don't you tell him my secret!" NOT: You don't tell him my secret!

Emphasis

Get accepted by a good university as soon as you can.

Get off work early and we'll go out for dinner.

Passive imperative

 

Get off work early and we'll go out for dinner.

Condition
This means "If you get off work early, we will go out for dinner."

Come home early or we won't go out before dinner.

Condition
This means "If you do not come home early, we will not go out for dinner."

Sam, take a rest. You've been working too hard.
